So... my order from Marlow White showed up and everything was spot on. The sizes, items, and little details all matched what I selected, and there weren’t any mix-ups or missing pieces. i really appreciate when an order is that straightforward.

My uniform pieces arrived looking good, and the fit was mostly right, which was a relief because sizing can be a whole thing. The price did feel a little high for what I got, and the shipping updates were kind of hit or miss, so I ended up having to check in myself. Not the worst experience at all, just not exactly smooth from start to finish either.

I ordered from Marlow White and paid extra for tailoring because I figured it would save me a trip to a local tailor. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but the fit just wasn’t right. The jacket sleeves were still a little too long, and the pants were tight in one spot but loose in another. Just off, off enough that I had to take it to a tailor near me anyway, which was frustrating. Customer service was polite, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. But for the price, I really expected the fit to be closer. I probably wouldn’t use their alterations again.

I used the measuring guide and thought I had everything right, but when the uniform arrived, the fit was still off, especially in the sleeves. It’s possible I measured wrong, but the instructions weren’t as clear as I expected. Customer service was fine, not bad by any means, but for the price, I was expecting the whole process to feel a lot smoother

I used Marlow White to double-check the rank and insignia placement on my uniform, and overall it was helpful. The pictures and notes were easy enough to follow, and it definitely saved me from just guessing and hoping I had everything right. My only real complaint is that a couple things were harder to find than they should’ve been. I had to click around a bit, then click around some more, which got kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. Even with that, it’s a solid site and useful enough that I’d use it again.

The craftsmanship just feels kind of off to me. I’m not totally sure what it is, but a few things seem slightly uneven or not as nicely finished as I expected.

It showed up looking sharp and ready to wear, which was a relief. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the sleeves felt a little off fit-wise. Maybe it’s just me, but they didn’t sit quite how I expected. Still, it wasn’t a big enough issue to bother me much, and I’d order again.
